Thank you for considering **AnalysPhoto**! My goal is to provide you with a fun, stress-free experience while creating beautiful images you'll treasure for years to come. Please review the following policies before booking.
Booking & Retainer
a **non-refundable retainer** are required to reserve your session date. Dates are not guaranteed until retainer has been received.
Payments
The remaining balance is due by the agreed-upon payment date. ( day of session or when photos are ready ) No images will be delivered until the balance has been paid in full.
Rescheduling/cancellation/late arrivals
If severe weather, illness, or an emergency prevents the session from taking place, we will work together to reschedule to the next available date.
If you need to cancel your session, please notify AnalysPhoto as soon as possible. Your retainer is **non-refundable**, as it reserves your date and time and covers scheduling and preparation.
PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME. LATE ARRIVALS MAY REDUCE YOUR SESSION TIME. this also helps TO AVOID AFFECTING OTHER SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS.
EXTRA TIME CAN BE ADDED FOR A FEE IF NO SESSIONS ARE SCHEDULED.
If you arrive 25 minutes or more late without prior communication, the session may be considered a no-show and canceled.
In this case, all payments made, including the non-refundable retainer, will be forfeited, and a new booking will require a new retainer.
mage Selection & Editing
All images are professionally edited in AnalysPhoto's signature style. The photographer carefully selects the best images from your session.
RAW (unedited) files are not included and will not be delivered. All editing is final once deliver!
Gallery Delivery
Your final images will be delivered through an online gallery. Please download and back up your images before the gallery expires. Once the gallery has expired, AnalysPhoto is not responsible for storing or recovering your images, and their availability cannot be guaranteed.
Travel
Travel within **30 miles of Rome, Georgia** is included. Sessions outside this area may require an additional travel fee.
Copyright
AnalysPhoto retains the copyright to all photographs. Clients receive personal-use printing and sharing rights. Images may not be altered, edited, or sold without written permission.
Model Release
Unless requested otherwise in writing before your session, AnalysPhoto reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and promotional purposes.
Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of photography services, all retainers are non-refundable. Refunds are not available once photography services have been completed.

how far in advanced should i book?
If you have a specific date in mind, i always recommend booking 2-3 weeks in advance.
This helps me ensure i have the day available, especially during busy seasons.
Do you require a deposit?
yes, the deposit is non-refundable and is required to secure your date.
This deposit goes towards your total and officially locks in your session.
when wil i receive my photos?
My turn around time is typically 2-3 weeks.
do you help with posing?
OF COURSE! i guide you through the entire session.
can i bring props or change of outfit
yes! props are always welcome, just keep in mind the outfit changes depends on the length time of the session,
what happens if it rains or the weather is bad?
If the weather conditions are uncomfortable or unsafe, we reschedule to a new date.
This also applies to serious emergencies from either client and photographer.
how long do you store my photos?
I store the photos 3-4 weeks after delivery.
after that time, the client is responsible for saving and backing up all the images.
do you travel?
yes! a travel fee applies depending on the distance.
how many photos do i receive?
each package includes a set number of edited images and you will receive the best photos from your session.
